Usage
This template is for the basic details, quests, and combat (ally or otherwise) information of Non-Player Characters (NPCs).
Companion stats go on separate pages, but links to those pages are entered on the NPC's page through this template.
For NPCs that assist you in combat they can either be Allies (non-controllable) or Helpers (controllable).
For Vendors or Trainers, put the Vendor Template or Trainer Template below this one on the NPC page, and make sure that vendor=Yes or trainer=Yes in the NPC template on the page.

Enter the name of the world where the NPC is found. Use world2, etc., for additional locations.

Enter the name of the location where the NPC is found. Use location2, etc., for additional locations.

subloc1 |
Enter the name of the sublocation where the NPC is found. Use subloc2, etc., for additional sublocations.

ship1 |
Name of the ship where the NPC is encountered. Use ship2, etc., for additional ships.

descrip |
Enter a description of the NPC here. (Optional)

companion1 |
If this NPC is a companion, enter the full page name of the companion here (e.g. Wing Chun (Crane Student)).
Use companion2, etc., for additional versions from promotions.

companion2level |
If the NPC companion gets promoted, enter the level they promote to companion2 here. Also include the gold value required for the promotion. Use companion3level, etc., for additional promotions.

Enter "Yes" if the NPC is a vendor.

trainer |
Enter "Yes" if the NPC is a trainer.
|
dyepet |
Enter "Yes" if the NPC is a Personal Equipment Dye Shop and/or Pet Renamer.

Enter "Yes" if the NPC is a Ship Equipment Dye Shop and/or Ship Renamer.

combat1 |
If this NPC joins Pirates in combat, enter "Ally" for uncontrolled Allies or "Helper" for other temporary and controllable units. Use combat2, etc., for additional occurrences.

Enter the location where the NPC joins in combat. Use combat2loc, etc., for additional occurrences.

class |
Enter the class of the NPC ally (e.g. Musketeer, Buccaneer, etc).

type |
Enter the creature type of the ally (e.g. Troggy, Water-Mole, etc).
|
profession |
Enter the profession of the ally (i.e. Slingman).
|
level1 |
Enter the level for the ally's first encounter here. Use level2, etc., for additional ally encounters.

health1 |
(Directly related to level1); Enter the health for the ally's first encounter here. Use health2, etc., for additional ally encounters.

ability1-1 |
(Directly related to level1); Enter the first listed power or talent here. Use ability1-2, etc., for additional powers or talents to match level1. Use ability2-1, ability2-2, etc., for additional ally encounters, etc.

Quests that the NPC starts. Use givequest2, etc., for additional quests. (in chronological order; storyline quests go before side quests, if at the same time).

questgoal1 |
Quests that directly mention this NPC in a quest goal. Use questgoal2, etc., for additional quests. (ending the quest doesn't count)

endquest1 |
Quests that the NPC ends. Use endquest2, etc., for additional quests. (in chronological order, storyline before side if at the same time).

(For multiple images); Enter the location name that will be displayed below the image. Using image2 turns on 2 images, image3 turns on 3, etc.
