You have to win 3 fights in a row in this cave, all engineered by the Bison Warrior standing at the back of the cave.
The first fight involves the Bison Warrior, Scout, Brave, Chief, and Hunter.
The second fight involves Standing Bull and 3 Bison Spirits.
The third fight involves Whisper and 3 Jackalope Ghosts, but you also have aid from Nurse Quinn as an ally.
